At Hunch Customized Bakery, every cake is freshly baked with care and specially customized just for you. Because each order is made-to-order, we request your understanding regarding our cancellation and refund guidelines.
Order Cancellation
We kindly request that any cancellation be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Since preparation begins in advance, cancellations requested within 48 hours of delivery/pickup may not be possible.
If you need to cancel before your order is fully confirmed, please contact us — we will always try our best to assist you.
In certain cases, a small processing or transaction charge may apply to approved cancellations.
Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed and preparation has started, refunds may not be applicable as the cake is specially prepared for you.
If a cancellation is approved before we begin preparation, the eligible refund amount (after any applicable deductions) will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
Successfully delivered orders are not eligible for refunds.
Important Notes
Refunds will not be applicable in situations such as:
Change of mind after confirmation
Minor design or decoration variations (as handmade products may have slight differences)
Incorrect address or contact details provided
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
