Orders are considered confirmed only after design discussion and successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline any order in rare situations (such as unavailability or unforeseen circumstances).
2. Pricing Policy
Prices displayed on our website or shared via WhatsApp are for standard/base designs.
Additional charges may apply for:
Special themes
Fondant work
Photo cakes
Custom toppers
Figurines or detailed character work
Final pricing will be confirmed before order approval.
3. Customization Guidelines
Since all our cakes are handmade, slight variations in color, design, or decoration may occur.
We try our best to match reference images, but exact replication may not always be possible.
Minor creative differences are part of customized baking artistry.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other external factors.
Customers must ensure availability at the delivery location during the agreed time slot.
Once the cake is handed over, responsibility transfers to the customer.
5. Product Care & Responsibility
Proper storage instructions should be followed after delivery.
We are not responsible for damage caused due to mishandling, incorrect storage, or delay in refrigeration after delivery.
6. Allergy & Ingredient Disclosure
Customers must inform us about any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing the order.
While we maintain hygiene standards, our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten.
